I have to say that packing for a move and working can make a girl crazy even though many of you think I'm already nuts.
It's move week and to make this a wonderful moving experience, I went and twisted my ankle on Saturday. Of course, I continued working until my ankle was the size of an orange.
Thanks to dinner and expert medical advice from Maggie, I am now wearing an ankle brace, icing my ankle, and elevating my ankle more often. I pulled the tendon across the top of my foot and it might take months to heal. There goes running for a few months.
Now that I am actually leaving Pennsylvania, I have to say I will miss the friends I have made. They have been great and I hope to meet up with them again sometime. I also love the east coast and all the greenery something I won't have in Utah. Thinking about leaving made me think of other things I will miss besides my friends.
First, I will so miss Wegmans. It is more than a grocery store. It is an experience. They have so many food choices and take-out options that sometimes I feel my head spinning.

Second, I will miss real bagels. It is hard to find a bad bagel in Allentown. The best in my option is Hot Bagels on Lehigh Street. They also have a location at the Allentown Farmer's Market.
When I would go in the early mornings heading for work, I would see the guys in the back placing fresh dough into huge boiling tanks of water and then taking them out.
Oh, how I am going to miss these Hot Bagels!
Finally, there is Pie's On Pizzeria in Catasauqua. Hands down, the best pizza, Italian food, and cheesesteaks in the Lehigh Valley. I mean the guy was born in Italy and he is using his grandmother's recipes. I rarely cooked when I lived in Catty (the nick name of Catasauqua); I lived on Pie's On. It's that good. I probably had pizza once a week because John makes the best pizza in the Lehigh Valley. I will really miss his pizza.
These are a few of the things I will miss about Pennsylvania. Now, I want dinner from Pie's On.
